the hotel is a bit far from the airport so be prepared for a longer taxi ride.

This place was like a daydream. every corner held something beautiful. the staff was attentive, like caring friends. i was especially grateful for the pristine condition of our club lounge. It was like our little sanctuary. the restaurants, especially blue jade, offered a culinary journey i won't soon forget. our room had soft linens and a serene ambiance. It.
the music from nearby venues was occasionally noticeable, disturbing the tranquility a little.

The hotel is really good with staff who provide excellent customer service. I really enjoyed the large ocean view club room with a comfortable bed and large shower. I appreciated the early check-in with breakfast in the club lounge. I am grateful!
The internet connection was somewhat unstable at times. This made some simple tasks a little difficult.

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! There were many options available, and the quality of food was really good. I want to especially thank Raju from the Caravan restaurant. His explanations of the buffet items were very helpful, and I enjoyed the food.

The outdoor pools were good and well kept, nice for comfortable seating in shaded areas. There were always plenty of sun chairs available, so there was never any trouble finding a spot. Pool attendants were quick to bring towels and water, great.

The room was super clean, thanks to Rohit, Mabesh and Suboa who worked tirelessly to keep it clean. I really enjoyed the cute towel animals left for me, and I appreciated the fruit bowl and chocolates. The housekeeping team's attention to detail.

The service was perfect from every staff member I encountered. Saru and Daniel at the club lounge were particularly friendly, always remembering my name. Hoai and Arin at Blue Jade were really nice too provide an very nice dining experience.

Excellent Stay, Some Minor Issues

I had a beautiful garden view room, spacious and very clean. The spa was fantastic, used daily after the beach. All staff were helpful and kind. The hotel is near the jbr and marina, good for walks. Dinners were nice with Blue Jade visited three times! The italian restaurant was a lovely outdoor spot with great food.
The hotel is generally well kept. Though the music from nearby venues could be heard late into the night. It was a minor disturbance but did affect the overall tranquility! Even with the doors closed, the distant thumping was noticeable
